While there's no need to bring anything, makers are encouraged to bring their favorite brushes, tools, apron, glue gun, etc.

Event Itinerary

  • Thursday - May 30th

    6pm - Meet & Greet begins:

    • This will be a time to say hello, exchange hugs, and indulge in delightful snacks and drinks as we foster new connections.

    7:30pm - Dive into Projects:

    • Brace yourselves for an action-packed weekend! We will start prep for several projects to ensure a seamless flow throughout our two days of creativity.

    9pm - Meet & Greet ends:

    • We want to get a good start on the prep of a few projects, so that you can take home some amazing projects at the end of the three days!

  • Friday - May 31st

    8am - Coffee and snacks: 

    • Enjoy a selection of breakfast treats alongside a steaming pot of coffee to fuel your morning.

    9am - Workshop begins: 

    • Let the fun begin as we dive into our projects. We will probably go until 6pm as we have so much to accomplish in such a short time.

    12pm - Lunch and snacks provided:

    • We want to make sure that you have easy access to food and snacks, so lunch will be provided each day. This will be a time to relax for a minute, get caught up on a project, or even take a walk around the building for a breath of fresh air.

    6pm - Workshop Ends:

    • We'll finish up around 6pm but if it takes a little longer to finish up a project or two that is okay.

  • Saturday - June 1st

    8am - Coffee and snacks: 

    • Again, we will have breakfast, snacks, and that BIG pot of coffee to get you all going. Coffee will be on all day!

    9am - Workshop begins:

    • We will be continuing to work on all our projects and make sure that everyone has all of them done. Be prepared to work until 5pm or maybe 6pm.

    12 pm - Lunch & snacks provided:

    • Once again, we will make sure to feed you some great food and drinks, as well as some snacks throughout the day. 

    5pm - Workshop Ends:

    • We'll finish up around 5pm but if it takes a little longer to finish up a project that's a okay.
