#135 Classical Scroll Border Stencil

Carved molding, painted on. The Classical Scroll Border stencil links fan-shaped palmettes with rolling scrolls in a continuous band that reads like plaster trim, for a ceiling edge, a chair rail, or furniture.

How to use it

Hold the stencil in place with repositionable stencil spray or tape. Then dab or roll paint through it, or trowel Texture Medium over it and lift for a raised, embossed design. Foil adhesive works through a stencil too, for a foiled pattern. With more than one overlay, stencil them in order, one at a time, letting each layer dry.
