#311 Cottage Shutters Stencil

A weathered plank shutter. The Cottage Shutters stencil gives you a tall board-and-batten shutter with worn edges and wood grain, to flank a real or painted window or a mural.

How to use it

Hold the stencil in place with repositionable stencil spray or tape. Then dab or roll paint through it, or trowel Texture Medium over it and lift for a raised, embossed design. Foil adhesive works through a stencil too, for a foiled pattern. With more than one overlay, stencil them in order, one at a time, letting each layer dry.
